Stress is one of the largest cause of origination of permanent diseases in your body. The amount of stress you take for something is directly proportional to the side effects of it on your health. Have you stood in front of the mirror and noticed some grey hair growth in your head? Do you think that this is because of your stress? Actually, it’s not that much related to stress.
It can be due to genes. Someone from your mother’s side or father’s side will have white hair at his/her early age and unfortunately that has been transferred to you. Don’t curse that person, now. It’s not his/her fault.
The other reason can be that you eat a lot of fried stuff. Believe it or not, fried stuff can cause your hair grow grey. That is the experience of most of the people who have suffered from this particular thing.
If you have grown some white hair/grey hair, what can you do about it? The answer is nothing can make it grow black again. The best you can do is to leave it as it is. Ofcourse if you are very much conscious about it, dying is always an option for you. But, hair should not be died at early ages, it can effect your hair when you will get old.
The best way is to take it out of your mind. I mean, just ignore it. Praise however you look like and whatever there is on you. Besides anything, you have grown one more color on yourself.
