How to survive after a breakup?


It was a very good day for you when he/she started talking to you. And things went forward and then there came a day when you guys got together. Spending the moments with the one you have feelings for is definitely worth it. But sometimes,  there comes a time when that special someone leaves you, leaving behind nothing but agony and pain that starts haunting you for days, months or even years. But that’s not the end of it.

According to human behavior analysis, every human being reacts differently after having a breakup. Some find it quite easy and they move on with no complexities surrounding them. This does not mean that they didn’t love you. It just means that this is their way of tackling the situation. While some of us feels like the world has fallen apart. Everything everyone does around you will irritate you and you will feel no merriment. You’d feel like the world has ended for you and nothing is ever going to be better again. But this is not the case. You can make yourself feel better by following some of the useful tips that I will provide you.

1:Delete his/her pictures/videos at once

This seems like kind of a big deal. You might be thinking like “All I have left are these memories of his/her. How can I delete them”. Well, this is the very first step to take. Because after a break up, a person’s mind is still very much attracted to the person who is not here. Seeing those pictures will bring your memory back at once and when they are in the active part of your brain, you cannot get out of the Misery-net.

It might be hard to believe. but it’s the fact that the next person has decided to move on so you should to. There are a lot of things that your future holds for you. So, take a step and delete them at once. Recalling no “together” memories will keep your mind in peace.

2: Stop Watching Dramas containing depressing Stories

Let me put it in this way. if you keep filling the jug with water if it’s already full, the water will spill out. Same is the case in here. Watching dramas or movies that contain depressing stories will just add the things up to your misery. You should avoid them.

3: Stop listening to Sad Music

It will affect you same as watching depressed dramas and movies. Just stop listening to them. Instead try to listen a bit hip hop and the music that might make you feel like you have to shake your booty. I know this is what you don’t want right now and many people won’t be doing it due to lack of control on them but you should because this is your way out.

4: Keep yourself Busy

This is one of the best things to do. Staying busy has proved to be very helpful in such conditions. It helps you distract your mind and keeping yourself busy can get you away from all that time that won’t help you be better.

5: You control yourself

You should always remember that the thing that you have in your head is OWNED by you and in case you’re wondering, it’s called “Brain”. You should know that in the end, it’s you who is dealing with it and it’s you who can get you out of it. People around you can help you feel better but it totally depends on you whether you let the happiness prevail you or not.

Thinking Positive: The best way to avoid life disasters


First, let me tell you background of this story. It was a start of a new year. Appraisals and Promotions are being discussed everywhere in the company I work for. I was happy. There was nothing stressful in my life. I used to do another part-time job to increase my monthly budget so that I could live easily.

And then one day, probably Monday, I woke up. I finished my chores and started getting ready to go to work. On my way to work, I got an accident. I was injured and I got depressed because of that accident. Although it was not so worse but it still made me think negative about some days ahead. I reached office. I was there and then , someone from the place where I work part-time, called me and told me that my services are no longer required by them. It made me more depressed. I was getting negative thoughts regarding my future days. Then, after some time , my senior at work told me that appraisals are not being sent due to some issue. May be, the company will not send it this year. I was shocked when I heard that. I was under so much pressure. I became pessimist. Anyhow, whatever I did that day, turned bad for me.

I came back home. I finished everything and went to bed. I lied down. Then I started thinking about what happened today. I realized something. Something that made my eyes open. I analyzed the whole situation and the conclusion that I got was so helpful ( I will tell you later , how?). All that bad things that happened today was because my thoughts became negative. My mind was not thinking positive. When I first got depressed, it attracted negative vibe and then, that negative vibe attracted more negative energy and the second bad incident happened and it went on.

After realizing that my thinking became so negative, I closed my eyes. I imagined that my brain was rusted. In my imagination , I started cleaning my brain . I cleaned and cleaned until all the rust went off. And then I started imagining the positive outcome of every situation.

The very next day , I started my day in normal routine. When I got back to office, they told me that appraisals are on their way. I found an alternative for my part-time job. And I recovered from the injuries faster than expected. In short, everything went right.

The conclusion here is that the life treats you as how you think it will. Positive thinking can really make you live in peace. The mission should not be “to survive”. The mission should be “to live”. Don’t let a bad incident or a bad thought carry you away. Even if something worse happens, just relax. Calm down. There is still something positive in it. Think about it. Block all the dark energies. Do not let them prevail you.

Religion and Humanity


Have you ever wondered what are we doing on this very Earth except searching for jobs and efforts to make our lives better. Almost every person has set different set of rules for himself.

The set of rules and limitations followed by a particular group can be named as religion. Religion tells us how we are supposed to live our lives. And today, unfortunately, the name “Religion” is being used to eradicate humanity.

Almost every religion has the same idea of living that is “humanity”. Human follows the religion. Religion does not follow a human. Things get shattered when we keep the religion at our utmost priority. We become so aggressive in our thoughts that we feel satisfied if we try to end any person’s life of different religion.

In this humongous universe, there’s a small solar system and in that solar system , there’s a small shattered piece of the sun known as “The Earth”. What is our existence? If we keep on fighting with each other, if we try to destroy each other for any cause, what will be left? Will you be happy with only yourself living on this mother Earth? If that was supposed to happen, it could happen thousands year ago when the first human existed on this planet.

We are not supposed to destroy our homeland. No matter what religion another person follows, respect their views unless it leads to violence. No religion itself preaches violence, it’s us, the humans, who do it.

The best way to save this world is when people will start realizing that there’s another thing other than the religion and that is humanity. Humanity always comes first. No human race would have resulted in no religion. Criticize the group of people who started hatred amongst others and not the whole religion. Respect each other beliefs. If one becomes harsh in language, do not go down to his level and try to show them that you can be worse than him/her.

Be a human, not an extremist.

This post is a PEACE message for people all over the world. Let’s get united , get closer, know each other and spread love.

Tension: Go Away!


Today, in this world, everyone seems quite busy in doing a lot of work. A man is so much busy now a day that he don’t have a proper time to take care of himself. The continuous struggle for the job generates a lot of problems(that are not only job related). These problems creates a tension in a person’s mind and he might start feeling frustrated and unhappy.

Tension: Cause of being unsuccessful

How to get rid of it? There are many people looking for answers to this question. Let me tell you some tips that can help you in getting rid of it.

Well, you just need a little time for this:

-Find a silent place- Go and find a place where there’s silence everywhere. If you can go to a place where there’s greenery around you and you can clearly see sky when you face up, it’s perfect. If you have done this and you’re alone completely, you have completed almost 50% of the total procedure.

-Close your eyes- You should close your eyes or if you feel more comfortable by watching greenery around you or a blue sky on your head, it would be good, too.

-Get bad Thoughts out- This is another major step. Know what is coming in your mind and if it’s negative, imagine that you are throwing them out of your mind.

-Try to remember happy moments- Try to remember any happy moments that has been passed. Get involved in them.  Try to imagine what makes you happy whether it’s someone special or a scene of nature.

Breath Deeply- Breath, not using your chest. Try to breath in and out from your belly. When you breath in, open your mouth and inhale completely. When you breath out, close your mouth and let your nose do the work.

Stay like this for a few minutes- You should stay like this for a few minutes, may be 10 or 15.

-Get yourself out of it- Come back to your real world. Smile for no reason and you will realize that you’re feeling much lighter.

-Start thinking what good you can do next- Start thinking when you’ll get up from this place and you’ll go back to your destination, what good things are you going to do? Here, Good Things mean those that will let you enjoy.

Just by following these simple steps, you can get rid of your tensions and you can be normal again. I have experienced it. It worked.
